We Help Businesses Keep More of What They Earn

Running a business in Thailand means dealing with complex tax rules that change often. We've spent the last twelve years figuring out how companies can stay compliant while reducing their tax burden. No magic tricks—just detailed work and honest advice.

How We Started This Work

Back in 2013, I was working at a mid-size accounting firm in Bangkok. A manufacturing client came to us after getting hit with unexpected tax penalties. They'd been following their previous advisor's recommendations, but those strategies didn't match current regulations. The company wasn't trying to cheat anyone—they just didn't know the rules had changed.

That situation stuck with me. So many business owners were paying either too much in taxes or accidentally breaking rules they didn't understand. The information was out there, but it was buried in legal language and scattered across different government departments.

We built Neotech-Cloudsystem to bridge that gap. Our focus is simple: help you understand what you actually owe, find legitimate ways to reduce that amount, and make sure you can explain everything to auditors if they ever ask.

We work mainly with small to medium businesses—companies where the owners care about every baht going out the door. If you're tired of feeling unsure about your tax position, we can probably help.

Our Process for Tax Strategy

1

Review Current Position

We start by looking at your last three years of tax filings. This shows us patterns in how you've been handling deductions, credits, and classifications. Many businesses have been overpaying without realizing it.

2

Identify Optimization Areas

Every business structure has different options. We map out which tax incentives, deductions, and credits apply to your specific situation—not generic advice, but strategies based on your actual operations and revenue patterns.

3

Build Implementation Plan

Tax optimization isn't a one-time fix. We create a calendar of changes you'll make throughout the year, explain why each one matters, and document everything so you have clear records if questions come up later.

4

Monitor and Adjust

Tax laws shift regularly in Thailand. We track changes that affect your business and update your strategy accordingly. Think of it as ongoing maintenance rather than a one-time project.
