We built this practice from real business needs

Back in 2018, a friend running a mid-sized manufacturing operation asked me to review his tax filings. What I found wasn't pretty. His previous advisor had missed several legitimate deductions and structured certain transactions in ways that actually increased his burden.

That conversation led to founding Neotech-Cloudsystem. We started with one core belief: tax optimization isn't about aggressive schemes or pushing boundaries. It's about understanding regulations deeply enough to structure operations properly from the start.

Now we work with businesses across Thailand, from family-owned companies to regional operations. Each situation is different, but the approach stays consistent. We look at the actual business model, understand the cash flow patterns, and build strategies that align with both immediate needs and long-term growth plans.

How we grew alongside our clients

Every business we've worked with has taught us something valuable about practical tax planning

2018

Started with manufacturing clients

Our first projects focused on inventory valuation methods and capital expenditure timing. These companies had complex supply chains, and we learned how different depreciation approaches could significantly impact quarterly results.

2020

Expanded to service businesses

Service companies have completely different optimization opportunities. We developed expertise in revenue recognition timing, especially for long-term contracts, and helped clients structure their payment terms more effectively.

2022

Added cross-border planning

As Thai businesses increased regional operations, we built capabilities around transfer pricing and permanent establishment considerations. This work requires staying current with multiple tax jurisdictions and understanding bilateral agreements.

2024

Integrated digital compliance

The Revenue Department's digital filing requirements changed our workflow significantly. We now help clients implement systems that capture transaction data properly from the start, reducing year-end scrambling.

What we actually do for clients

Tax optimization sounds abstract until you see specific examples. Here are three areas where we spend most of our time helping businesses make better decisions.

Comprehensive business structure analysis with regulatory framework documentation

Entity structure review

Many businesses grow into structures that made sense years ago but no longer serve them well. We analyze whether the current setup creates unnecessary tax friction and recommend practical changes that consider both immediate costs and future flexibility.

Detailed transaction timing analysis with financial calendar planning

Transaction timing strategies

The difference between December and January can mean substantial cash flow changes. We help clients plan major transactions around their actual business cycles while considering tax implications. This includes equipment purchases, contract signings, and revenue recognition decisions.

Regulatory compliance documentation and filing preparation workspace

Compliance documentation

Revenue audits happen. When they do, having proper documentation makes everything easier. We work with clients throughout the year to maintain records that support their positions, not just scramble when notices arrive. This includes transfer pricing documentation and related party transaction support.

The people behind the work

Small team, focused expertise. We built this practice to work directly with business owners rather than create layers of hierarchy.
